But “Comfort” is a word that comes up in most of our appointments, and to me, is one of the most important factors when choosing your wedding dress. It might not be the most glamorous word, but it has a huge impact on how you feel when trying on dresses and of course, on your wedding day itself.
How You Feel Matters More Than Anything
Your wedding dress doesn’t need to match your venue, a trend or anyone else’s expectations. It doesn’t have to be what you think you should wear. The most important thing is how you feel when you’re wearing it.
If a dramatic princess gown makes you feel incredible, wear it. If a simple, understated dress feels completely like you, choose that. If you fall in love with a short dress, a jumpsuit or something you never imagined yourself wearing, that’s wonderful too.
There are no rules.

The perfect wedding dress isn’t necessarily the one with the most sparkle, the longest train or the latest trend. It’s the one that allows you to be fully present on one of the most important days of your life.

Comfort isn’t just about the dress itself. It starts long before you’ve found the one.
Finding your wedding dress is emotional. There can be excitement, nerves, happy tears and sometimes a little overwhelm too. That’s why feeling comfortable during your appointment is so important.
