The use of saltairebridal.co.uk (the “Site”) constitutes your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:

COPYRIGHT

This Site is produced, owned and maintained by Saltaire Bridal Ltd. All information appearing on the Site (the “Content”) (including without limitation, logos, editorial, design, artwork, graphics, photographs and the selection and arrangement thereof) is the property of Saltaire Bridal Ltd or its suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. None of the Content other than that which is specifically offered for download by Saltaire Bridal Ltd may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written permission of the copyright holder.

Saltaire Bridal has made every reasonable effort to ensure that the Content on the Site is up to date and accurate, it is provided on the understanding that Saltaire Bridal Ltd shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential loss or damages (including without limitation, loss of contract, loss of use, loss of profit or other economic loss and whether caused by the negligence of ourselves, our employees, our agents or otherwise) which arises out of or in connection with the Content on the Site.

The Site may include links to third party Sites; these are controlled and maintained by others. These links are included solely for the reference of users and do not constitute any endorsement by Saltaire Bridal Ltd of the sites linked or referred to, nor does Saltaire Bridal Ltd have any control over these sites.

There is no guarantee that the Site, or any third party site subsequently linked to, will be free from infection by viruses or anything else that may be deemed harmful or destructive.

No attempts must be made to modify, add to, remove, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with the Site or any Content displayed on the Site.
These Terms and Conditions, and any Terms and Conditions relating to products or services described within the Content of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in relation to the same shall, unless otherwise expressly agreed, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

PLEASE NOTE

All items are sold as seen and cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave the boutique for any reason. All sales are final. Saltaire Bridal accepts no responsibility for any defaults/errors/marks or the like found after the item leaves the premises.

Off The Peg items must be paid for on the day/when taken away from the boutique and before any alterations (if required).

New Orders must be paid for in full on the day of order. An order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

BESPOKE ORDER

Dress Orders

If you choose to place an order for a specific dress from a brand we stock,for example in a different size or colour or style please note that full payment is required on the day of the order.

When the garment arrives in the boutique you will be contacted to come to the boutique to collect. You may choose to send a representative to collect for you.

You (or your representative) will be asked to sign a Collection Agreement Form.

It is highly likely that orders may need tweaks/alterations.

If your order requires alterations (for example hems) or you decide to have any design/styling amendments to the original order these will not be covered in the original price.

We can recommend seamstresses for you to visit for any alterations or amendments. However please note, these are independent businesses and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any garment once it leaves the boutique.

All garments remain the property of Saltaire Bridal until full payments are made.

Fully Bespoke Prices

The agreed original price of a bespoke garment does not include toile fittings, any design/styling amendments after the garment has been completed and any alterations.

50% of the final payment is due when placing the order. The final 50% is due when the garment arrives at the boutique.

The garment remains the property of Saltaire Bridal until full payments are made.

If you have a change of mind about your bespoke order and decide to cancel please note the following,

If cancelled after toile fitting or when the garment is in production – the full 50% will not be refunded and be held to cover the work already completed (by the designer and her team) and you may be required to pay additional costs up to the full 100% depending on the stage of garment completion and at the designer’s discretion.

If cancelled before toile fitting or before production – a proportion of the first 50% payment will be held to cover work completed, depending on the stage of garment production and at the designer’s discretion.

Bespoke Fittings

A toile is an early version of a finished garment made up in cheap material (calico or similar) so that the design can be tested and perfected.

If you require a toile fitting a charge will be made.

£40 for top/bottom only.

£80 for full dress/jumpsuit.

The final garment will be made of a luxe fabric and therefore will hang differently to the toile.

Bespoke Completed Orders

When the garment arrives in the boutique you will be invited in to try your garment on.

All bespoke/customised garments may need tweaks/alterations even after toile fits and certainly will need hemming.

Our designers will always leave tolerance on the hem – it’s easier to shorten than add on if too short.

If your order requires alterations (for example hems) or you decide to have any design/styling amendments to the original order these will not be covered in the original price.

Special Extras

A hand drawn sketch of your design by the Designer herself – Sharon Bowen-Dryden – a lasting memory to frame and keep forever. £60.00

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Saltaire Bridal Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on this page and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any such changes.

PRIVACY

The information presented below will assist you in understanding how we collect and use the personal information you provide to us when using the Site.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

When you visit the Site you may provide us with two types of information:
(1) Personal information you knowingly choose to disclose (via e-mail), which is collected on an individual basis.
(2) Website usage information, which is collected on an aggregate basis as you and others, browse the Site.

E-MAIL INFORMATION

If you choose to correspond with us via e-mail, we may retain the content of your e-mail messages together with your e-mail address and our responses.

WEBSITE USAGE INFORMATION

Similar to other commercial Websites, our Site utilises cookies, web server logs and statistical programs to collect information about how the Site is used by our customers. SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings. Customer information is generally one of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions.
